About Us

High Tide Exterior Cleaning Solutions, Inc. is a family-owned pressure washing company, founded by St. Augustine residents David and Stephanie Styles. We are a Florida Corporation properly licensed with St. Johns County and we maintain liability insurance for the protection of our clients’ property.

But who are we, really? Parents of two wonderful daughters - one in grade school, one in middle school; PTO members, business partners and volunteers at RB Hunt and Sebastian Middle School; softball, volleyball and theater parents; volunteers/board members with the Children’s Museum of St. Johns; holders of four college degrees between the two of us; and many years of professional experience in marketing, banking, and company operations.

What’s New?

December 2011: Participated in the Envirospec Symposium in Homerville, Ga., to attend mechanical workshops specifically designed for pressure cleaning machines.

August 2011: Cleaned the entire first floor of concrete parking at the City of St. Augustine parking garage.

July 2011: High Tide once again attended the 2011 Tampa Roundtable Event of the National Cleaning Expo. Two full days of training and workshops designed to keep us on top of the latest techniques, equipment and supplies. New ideas and new ways to get your property clean. Continuing education and training is so important to us that this is fourth event we’ve attended in the last three years.

June 2011: High Tide cleaned all the terra cotta roof tiles for the St. Augustine Premium Outlets. This half-mile long outdoor shopping center also contained eight 60-foot towers that needed a bath. All work was done at night between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The on-site property manager was so pleased that we also signed the contract to pressure clean ALL the concrete sidewalks for the center.

May 2011: High Tide was chosen to clean 225,000 square feet of terra cotta roof tiles on a Palm Coast condo complex. The community has more than 30 buildings, many of which are three- and four-stories tall. Check out the aerial photo here.

October 2010: High Tide was selected as the pressure cleaning expert to carefully clean and restore the exteriors of several of downtown St. Augustine’s beloved historic buildings.
